We have installed all tubing and wiring of the best quality. The hot water heater is a 36 gallon tank with 5 Star ratings. The plumbing is adequate for all 3 baths to be in use at the same time and not have any issues with hot water or water pressure. We have a circulating water pump also, which will allow for the hot water to arrive to each bath on a timely basis.
The gas lines are one inch lines that are adequate for all the fireplaces to be lit at the same time as well as the gas stove being used in the kitchen without any issues of gas distribution.
The electrical current in the home is all 220 so any power outage would only affect one particular zone within the home. This will also allow for the monthly expense to be controlled as the usage will be balanced and more economical for the owner.
